Wolfspeed KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMA WolfPACK™ Half Bridge Board

Wolfspeed KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMA WolfPACK™ Half-Bridge Module Platform Dynamic Evaluation Board is used to evaluate and optimize the switching performance of Wolfspeed’s WolfPACK™ SiC Half-Bridge Power Modules. WolfPACK SiC-Based Power Modules are simple and designed to provide clean, reliable power for energy conversion systems. These modules offer incredibly low losses in a package that lends itself exceptionally well to automation and manufacturing at scale. The Board includes a clamped inductive load (CIL) test circuit with a current measurement that provides a high speed, low inductance test fixture for double pulse testing.

The Wolfspeed KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMA WolfPACK Half-Bridge Evaluation Board features consist of bulk capacitors, high-frequency capacitors, a high-bandwidth current measurement via a current viewing resistor (CVR), a Kelvin high-frequency drain-source voltage measurement point with standard test points, and connection points for the inductor.
