Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® MicroSMP TransZorb® TVS Diodes deliver improved reliability and a longer operational lifespan in a space-saving 2.5mm x 1.3mm footprint with a low typical height of 0.65mm. These diodes combine ESD transient protection with a superior surge clamping capability, offering an improvement over previous TVS in comparable packages. The devices offer a high forward current of 150W (10/1000μs waveform) clamping power capability. The MicroSMP series is available in a DO-219AD package. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP MicroSMP TransZorb TVS Diodes are ideal for consumer, computer, industrial, telecom, and automotive applications.
