STMicroelectronics STM32L4P5 & STM32L4Q5 32-Bit MCUs
STMicroelectronics STM32L4P5 and STM32L4Q5 32-Bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer ultra-low power and high performance with an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with DSP and floating-point unit (FPU) at 120MHz. The STM32L4P5 lineup features 512Kbytes to 1Mbytes of flash memory in 48- to 169-pin packages. The STM32L4Q5 series is available with 1Mbytes of flash memory and provides an additional encryption accelerator engine (AES, HASH, and PKA). STMicroelectronics STM32L4P5 and STM32L4Q5 are suitable for cost-sensitive and power-conscious smart connected devices, including fitness trackers, industrial and medical sensors, utility meters, and smart-home products.
